Germany: Bulgaria Makes an Exclusive offer to Volkswagen

Bulgaria is ready to double the subsidies it offers in order to secure the contract for the new Volkswagen plant, the German daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung writes in an exclusive material.
