Ex-state security chiefs plead "not guilty"
Former top officials of Serbia's state security (DB) Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic have pleaded not guilty at the start of their retrial.
The process is taking place before the Hague Tribunal (ICZY) after the Appeals Chamber ordered a retrial on all counts of the indictment, annulling the first-degree ruling that acquitted both the accused.
