Alliance-building is in full swing among Türkiye's political parties as the local elections scheduled for next March inch closer, with key players intensifying talks and negotiations to solidify cooperation efforts.

In a brutal knife attack at the Free Cause Party's (HÜDA PAR) headquarters in the southern province of Adana, the party's provincial secretary has lost his life, while the provincial chair was left severely injured and is currently receiving treatment.

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli reacted against the critics for support of The Free Cause Party (Hüda Par) to People's Alliance and said the party has no links to the militant Islamist group Hizballah.
