BELGRADE - Serbia's Minister without Portfolio in charge of EU integration Jadranka Joksimovic met with former EU enlargement commissioner Guenther Verheugen on Tuesday to discuss EU integration.
Joksimovic informed Verheugen about Serbia's plan to harmonise its legislation with the EU's, the Serbian government office for media relations has stated.

Serbia is ready to join EU
BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and former European enlargement commissioner Guenter Verheugen said Tuesday that Serbia is ready to join the European Union.
Verheugen said that Serbia is better prepared for the EU membership than the countries that joined the EU in 2004 and later on.
