Ministry of Defense: "Members of the Serbian Armed Forces are ready"
The Serbian Army is at the highest level of combat readiness, in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Commander and the President of the Republic, according to the Ministry of Defense.
The army, together with other security forces of the Republic of Serbia, is monitoring the development of the situation on the ground.
Turkey's top military officials visit Azerbaijan to observe drills
Turkey's Defense Minister Hulusi Akar on Aug. 13 visited Azerbaijan to observe joint military exercises.
He was accompanied by a delegation comprising army chief Gen. Yaşar Güler and top naval, land and air forces commanders.
The military exercises will also be attended by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

US, Turkish army chiefs meet in Brussels
U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Mark Milley on Jan. 14 met with Chief of the Turkish General Staff Gen. Yaşar Güler in Brussels, Belgium.
"The two leaders discussed the security situation in Syria and the importance of U.S.-Turkish cooperation in the region," Joint Staff Spokesperson Col. DeDe Halfhill said in a statement.
