Postponement of Euro 2020 ‘advantage for Turkey’
Turkish defender Merih Demiral believes that the delay of the 2020 European Championships due to the coronavirus pandemic is advantageous for the Turkish national team.
Speaking to Anadolu Agency at Turkey's pre-tournament training camp in Antalya, Juventus defender Demiral said that it was a different and very tiring season for him in Italy.

Uruguay striker Luis Suarez was banned for nine matches by FIFA on Thursday after being found guilty of biting Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini.
Suarez was also suspended from any football-related activity for four months and fined 100,000 Swiss francs ($111,000).

FIFA probing Suarez bite furore, lengthy ban seen
FIFA have opened disciplinary proceedings against Uruguay forward Luis Suarez after Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini accused him of biting during the South Americans' 1-0 Group D victory at the World Cup on June 24.
The probe means Suarez, twice previously banned for biting, may be hit with another lengthy suspension despite escaping punishment during the match.
