BELGRADE - Tanjug reporter Andjelko Utjesanovic, who was on Wednesday denied entry to Kosovo-Metohija, says claims by the so-called Kosovo Police that he was allowed to enter the territory are untrue.

BELGRADE - Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hodzaj has banned Marko Djuric, the head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija, from entering Kosovo-Metohija for the next two weeks, Pristina's Ekspress daily reported Monday.

Hodzaj made the decision following consultations with Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and security institutions in Kosovo-Metohija, the paper reported.

Kosovo greatest challenge - army cheief

BELGRADE -- The most important political and security challenge for Serbia is the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, Ljubisa Dikovic has said.

The Serbian Army (VS) chief told the Belgrade-based Danas newspaper that Serbia is, at the moment, not under military threat.

BELGRADE - Serbia's First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic asked Minister for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Aleksandar Vulin on Wednesday to prepare a report on Kosovo's armed forces and ban on entry to KiM for some opposition politicians.

BELGRADE - The New Democratic Party (NDS) set up initiative committees in all Serb-populated areas in Kosovo-Metohija which will consistently support protection of interests of the Serb community in the area and creation of conditions for establishment of inter-ethnic trust, reconciliation and co-existence of Serbs and Albanians.
