Shimmering galaxies revealed in new photos by European space telescope
Scientists on Nov. 7 unveiled the first pictures taken by the European space telescope Euclid, a shimmering and stunning collection of galaxies too numerous to count.
The photos were revealed by the European Space Agency, four months after the telescope launched from Cape Canaveral.

Scientists on April 24 celebrated the Hubble Space Telescope's 30th anniversary with a new image of a satellite galaxy of the Milky Way.
In a statement, U.S. space agency NASA said the galaxy in the image - located 163,000 light-years away- away from Earth- and included the giant red nebula NGC 2014, as well as its smaller blue neighbor NGC 2020.
