Israeli energy minister visits Athens to sign key agreement

Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen will visit Athens on Tuesday to sign a bilateral agreement with Greek Energy Minister Theodoros Skylakakis. 

The agreement will focus on the Greece-Cyprus-Israel electrical interconnection project (Great Sea Interconnector), which faces delays due to the slow progress of the Crete-Cyprus segment. 

ExxonMobil, Qatar Energy to drill two new wells

ExxonMobil, in partnership with Qatar Energy, is planning to drill two more wells in Cyprus' offshore Blocks 5 and 10 early next year.
