AI: Meta, Spotify and other companies against “inconsistent” EU regulatory decisions
Thirty companies, including US giant Meta (Facebook, Instagram), as well as researchers and associations, are calling on the European Union to “clarify” its regulations on artificial intelligence, in their open letter made public today.

EU Privacy Group Files Complaints Against Elon Musk’s X for Illegally Using User Data
A privacy organization based in Vienna has lodged complaints against Elon Musk's "X" social network in eight European countries. The complaints, filed by the European Digital Rights Center, also known as Noyb ("None of Your Business"), accuse "X" (formerly "Twitter) of unlawfully using users' personal data for its artificial intelligence technology without obtaining consent.

Musk's AI startup seeks to raise $1 bn
Elon Musk is seeking to raise a billion dollars for his xAI artificial intelligence company that he hopes will compete with ChatGPT's Open AI.
An official filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday said the company that Musk created earlier this year had already gathered $134.7 million and plans to raise $1 billion overall.
