ISIL says behind Dagestan bomb blast that killed two policemen
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) said its suicide bomber had blown up a car in Russia's volatile Dagestan that killed two policemen on Feb. 15, the deadliest attack in the southern republic since 2013.

A member of the Kosovo police was shot and wounded at around 04:00 hours CET on Tuesday in the village of Gorazdevac in Kosovo.
According to media reports, unknown persons opened fire on a police patrol that included the wounded policeman and another colleague.
Grozny Clashes 'Leave Up to 10 Dead'
Up to ten police officers could have been killed in a shootout following a special operation against militants in the Chechen capital Grozny, media reports suggest.
The toll varies between four and ten police officers. Interfax agency says the clashes claimed ten lives, while ITAR-TASS cited health ministry officials who put the number of four.
