Iraq Considers Turkish Airstrikes on PKK as Violation of Country's Sovereignty
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Tuesday that the Turkish airstrikes on PKK targets in northern Iraq constituted a violation of the country's sovereignty.
The Council of Ministers considered the airstrikes as "dangerous escalation and a violation of Iraq's sovereignty", al-Abadi said in a message on his official Twitter account.

Obama to meet Iraq PM on G-7 summit sidelines
U.S. President Barack Obama will meet Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on the sidelines of a weekend Group of Seven summit in Germany, the White House said on June 7.
The meeting will allow Obama to discuss the "situation on the ground and our effort to support Iraqi forces," senior White House aide Ben Rhodes told reporters in a conference call ahead of Obama's trip.
