The European Union and Cuba have agreed to speed up the pace of normalizing ties and hope to reach an accord by the end of the year, the bloc's top diplomat said Tuesday.

Havana dancers to hit Belgrade streets on Saturday

BELGRADE -- More than 50 dancers from Havana, Cuba, will show their dance skills in downtown Belgrade on Saturday, May 10.

They will be promoting the upcoming concert of the internationally renowned Cuban band Afro-Cuban All Stars, set to take place at the Belgrade Sava Center on May 17.

Cuba's parliament has approved a new law that seeks to make the country more attractive for foreign investors, Wednesday.

The text was published in the government's Official Gazette and will take effect in late June, according to international media reports.
