Hecate

Greek theater celebrated in Amsterdam

AMSTERDAM - Crossing the street to get to the Internationaal Theater Amsterdam (ITA), I saw three students trying to take a selfie with the image of Giannis Angelakas from the poster of "Nekyia" in the background. "Are you Greek?" I asked the young women. No answer. I repeated the question in English. "My boyfriend is Greek," one called Eline explained.

Holy Lagina becomes popular with tourists

The holy field of Lagina (Hekate), an ancient place of worship for pagans in the western province of Mu?la's Yata?an, has been visited by 70,000 people in six months.

Located nearly nine kilometers away from the Yata?an-Milas highway, the ancient site has been included in the tour program of an Antalya-based travel company and become popular particularly among foreign tourists.
