Kiev invites UN, ICRC to Ukraine-held parts of Kursk
Ukraine on Monday said it had asked the U.N. and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to verify the situation in areas of Russia's Kursk region seized by Kiev, in a move branded as "provacation" by Russia.
Uncertainty hangs over Russia's account of plane crash
Questions remained Thursday over the military plane crash that Russia said had killed dozens of captured Ukrainian soldiers ahead of a planned prisoner exchange, with Moscow and Kiev trading accusations at the U.N. Security Council.
Russia has blamed Ukrainian forces for downing the IL-76 transport plane over the southern Belgorod region on Wednesday.
Slovenia sending EUR 100,000 aid to Ukraine
Ljubljana – Slovenia will make a humanitarian contribution of EUR 100,000 to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in 2022 to help war-stricken Ukraine, the government decided on Saturday.
The ICRC’s work in Ukraine is focused on providing medical care, access to water and other basic services, the Slovenian Foreign Ministry announced.

Suitors line up for Henry Dunant hospital
Piraeus Bank announced on Monday that it received an unspecified but "satisfactory" number of nonbinding bids for the sale of the Henry Dunant Hospital in Athens on August 3.
The bank said it will evaluate the offers with its financial adviser, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and invite successful applicants to continue in the second phase of the tender.

Athens Medical eyes Henry Dunant
Listed company Athens Medical Center Commercial SA said on Wednesday in a bourse filing that it had expressed its interest in buying out the Henry Dunant Hospital Center in Athens to the Piraeus Bank board of directors.
