Academics explore cannabis for schizophrenia treatment
Researchers from five universities spread across the country have united forces and initiated a project to explore the effects of cannabis plants on schizophrenia, in an attempt to identify an active ingredient.
Lamia: Three people arrested for drug and weapons offences
Three local residents—a man and two women—were arrested yesterday, Monday, September 23, at noon in Lamia for violations of drug laws and, in some cases, weapon laws.

Drug users increasingly turning to cannabis, cocaine
An increasing number of drug users in Greece are turning to cannabis and cocaine, according to the report of the Greek Therapy Center for Dependent Individuals (KETHEA) for 2022, a year in which the number of users rose again due to the decline of the pandemic.
