Bulgaria: In Case of Complete Gas Shutdown Buses of the Public Transport in Sofia will be Cut in Half
"If the gas is completely stopped, after the end of May the buses in the public transport will run according to a holiday schedule (30 minutes rough estimate)." This was stated by the director of "Sofia Motor Transport" Slav Monov at an extraordinary meeting of the Commission for Engineering Infrastructure and Energy Planning at the Sofia Municipal Council.
Central Heating in Sofia will gradually Phase Out in the coming days
As of today, April 26, Sofia District Heating ("Toplofikacia") will start phasing out the heating in the capital, the company announced.
All share distribution companies have been notified, and the process of shutting down the heating system is expected to be completed by April 28.
BSH posts record turnover of 15.6 billion euros in 2021
Bosch Group's home appliances company BSH Hausgeräte GmbH (BSH) achieved its highest-ever turnover in the 55 years of its existence for the second consecutive year in 2021.
BSH generated a turnover of 15.6 billion euros last year, a year-on-year increase of 12 percent, according to a company statement released on April 5.

Plovdiv is Without Heating and Hot Water due to a Major Accident
An accident left large parts of Plovdiv without heating and hot water.
The heat supply has been restored only in some parts of the residential area "Trakia", in the other five districts of Plovdiv there is no heating and hot water.
The accident is very big and is probably due to leaky heat pipes, but it is not yet specified where it is and what exactly caused it.
Chinese white goods producer invests 85 mln euros in Turkey’s Eskişehir
China-based home appliances producer Haier has established a factory in the Central Anatolian province of Eskişehir, Haier Europe CEO Yannick Fierling said in a press meeting on Oct. 24.
The total of the investment will rise from its initial level of 40 million euros to 85 million euros next year to create 1,600 jobs., the company executives said.
