Chemical plant blast death toll increases to seven
Ljubljana – The death toll of the powerful explosion that ripped through the Melamin chemical plant in Kočevje, south Slovenia, on 12 May has increased to seven after a second of the two severely injured workers died in hospital on Monday, nearly three weeks after Slovenia’s deadliest industrial accident.

Ljubljana – The main building of the UKC Ljubljana medical centre called Hospital will be renovated in an investment valued at EUR 37 million. The government has included the project in the plan of development programmes in the 2022-2025 period.
