The Dutch "Telegraph" writes that the kidnapper was arrested when a hostage went to the door to take the package, but he started to flee.
A kidnapper followed him, but shortly afterwards he was hit by a police car and injured. His condition is not yet known.

A police EKAM unit stormed an apartment in the southern Athenian suburb of Nea Smyrni early Thursday morning ending a hostage situation involving a 35-year-old man who held his father at knife-point for 16 hours.
During the raid, the suspect inflicted light wounds on his father's hands before being arrested. The victim was transferred to Elpis hospital for precautionary reasons.

A four-hour hostage standoff in central Paris ended with police moving in, arresting the armed suspect and freeing the people held in a ground-floor office, France's interior minister announced late Tuesday.

Unknown Attacks Bank in Austria
An unknown person attacked a bank in the Austrian city Erpfendorf, Tirol, he might have taken hostages inside, reported BGNES, announced from APA Agency.
The bank region is isolated, at the place are working police special forces and the emergency services of the city.
