Stories from the Dromokaiteio come alive at the Bageion
We climbed the stairs, filled with curiosity, leading to the once-grand meeting hall on the first floor of the Bageion, a former neoclassical hotel now serving as a multicultural venue, to attend the performance "Iera Odos 343: Testimonies from the Dromokaiteio," based on Maria Fafaliou's book of the same name.
Traffic accident on Kifissos Avenue: Collision between a truck and a vehicle at the height of Iera Odos
Difficulties in traffic are being encountered by drivers on Kifissos Avenue, due to a a car accident that occurred at the height of Iera Odos.
Specifically, on the afternoon of Friday, September 13, a truck collided with a car on the stream to Lamia.

The Polygreen Culture & Art Initiative (PCAI) teams up with the Diomedes Botanical Garden (403 Iera Odos) for a contemporary art exhibition in Athens. The event, curated by Kika Kyriakakou, explores the therapeutic relaxation that comes about from spending time in natural settings, first coined Shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," by Japanese author Tomohide Akiyama in 1982.

British-Italian crooner Jack Savoretti visits Greece for a concert at the Iera Odos live venue in the center of Athens. Savoretti gained great popularity in Greece during 2019 thanks to his singles of that year, including "Candlelight" and "Love Is On The Line." He has worked with singers such as Kylie Minogue and Mika and his sixth album, "Singing to Strangers," was #1 in the UK Charts.

Police probing exchange of fire in Athens district
Authorities were investigating on Tuesday a shooting incident at a parking lot in Athens' western Haidari district shortly after midnight.
According to private television channel Skai, police believe two groups of unknown individuals started shooting at each other at the corner of Iera Odos and Kanari Streets.
