Ukraine Unveils "Dragon Drones" with Incendiary Capabilities Against Russian Positions
Since early September, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and various bloggers have shared footage on social media of a new type of drone, known as the "dragon drone," in action. These drones have been shown releasing a thermite mixture—a combination of aluminum powder and iron oxide—over Russian positions hidden in forests.
Three arrested in police raid at Zografou university campus
Three suspects, two foreign nationals and one Greek, were detained during a police operation on Saturday morning at the University Campus in Zografou, located to the east of the city center. The operation, primarily targeting the dormitories, was initiated following a series of arson attacks in the area, leading to the destruction of numerous vehicles.
Hooligan probe focusing on instigator
The younger brother of the 18-year-old who fired a flare at a police officer, severely injuring him, during a volleyball match in Athens last week, testified to police on Wednesday, claiming he attempted to deter him.
The 16-year-old boy was summoned to testify again because of inconsistencies between his testimony and that of his brother, sources said.

Brother of main suspect in police officer’s injury testifies again
The younger brother of the 18-year-old who injured a police officer in Rentis with a flare testified to the police on Wednesday, claiming he attempted to deter him. According to state broadcaster ERT, the confessed perpetrator's relative asserted that he feared potential riots after he had observed many individuals holding Molotov cocktails, flares, and stones.
Woman arrested over homemade Molotov cocktails
Police have arrested a 28-year-old woman in connection with seven homemade Molotov cocktails that were found in a backpack on Thursday afternoon at the Faculty of Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In a statement, the Hellenic Police (ELAS) said the investigation conducted by the Security Directorate concluded that the backpack belongs to the 28-year-old woman.

Army disarms WWII bomb found in southern Athens
An army bomb disposal unit on Thursday neutralized a World War II 500lb bomb that was found in the southern Athenian suburb of Glyfada.
The army unit used thermite, a pyrotechnic composition of metal powder and metal oxide used, among others, to disable munitions without the use of explosive charges.

Device causes minor damage at Athens apartment building
An incendiary device caused a small fire outside an apartment building shortly after midnight on Wednesday but only caused minor damage and no injuries, police said.
The device, which was made from a bottle of flammable liquid, was lit at the entrance of a building in the area of Kesariani. Passers by saw the fire and put it out before it could spread.
Suspects in foiled arson attack to face prosecutor on Thursday
Two men who police said were arrested early Wednesday morning while trying to plant two incendiary devices outside an apartment building in the district of Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, were expected to appear before a prosecutor on Thursday.
