Doctor: Worrying that in Bulgaria Chronically Ill and The Elderly Are Put Behind in the Vaccination Plan
We are following with concern the fact that the chronically ill and the elderly are ranked further in the vaccination plan. This was stated to BNR by Dr. Stanimir Hasardjiev, chairman of the National Patient Organization.
Elderly, care home and health staff get vaccinated
Ljubljana – Voluntary mass vaccination against Covid-19 started in Slovenia on Sunday, a day after the first 9,750 doses of the vaccine arrived in the country. The first to get vaccinated were elderly at care homes who have not yet been infected, followed by some care home and hospital staff.

Director of Pirogov Emergency Hospital: There Are Hidden Cases of Coronavirus
"The number of new cases of COVID-19 and mortality do not decrease at the expected rate after the introduction of new measures because there is a hidden morbidity. Media: Citizens of Serbia, your life will return to normal in the middle of 2022
According to him, the plan is for two to four million people in Serbia to receive the vaccine.

Gantar: Slovenia expects first 5,000 doses of vaccine by end-2020
Ljubljana – Slovenia has been promised to get some 5,000 doses of anti-coronavirus vaccine by the end of the year, Health Minister Tomaž Gantar told MPs in questions time in parliament on Monday. This is the vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech, which is expected to be green-lighted by the European Medicines Agency on 29 December.
People won’t get to choose what Covid vaccine they get
Citizens won't get to pick the vaccine they want to protect them against Covid-19, according to Deputy Health Minister Vassilis Kontozamanis.
"Citizens will not choose which vaccine they will have for the coronavirus, just as they do not choose for the flu," he said.
