Egypt's military-backed interim government has resigned, Prime Minister Hazem Beblawi has announced, Monday.
"Today the cabinet took a decision to offer its resignation to the president of the republic," Beblawi said in a televised statement giving no clear reason for the decision, the Euronews reports.

Bulgaria's Agricultural Land Records Price Hike
The average price of agricultural land in Bulgaria has increased by 313% in the last 13 years, according to statistics.
In 2013, two-thirds of all real estate transactions were for agricultural land, an analysis of the Agricultural Marketing Information System shows. Prices increased by 4.6% in 2013 compared to the previous year.

Montenegrin Minister Says NATO Sole Option
Montenegro's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Igor Luksic, said Montenegro had no option but to join NATO, if only for reasons of cost.
Maintaining military neutrality would involve building a defence system that would be more expensive for Montenegro than joining NATO, he said on Thursday.

Citizens to vote at 8,262 polling stations in Serbia
BELGRADE - Citizens will cast their ballot at 8,262 polling stations, including those in penal institutions, in the territory of Serbia during early parliamentary elections that will be held on March 16, the state electoral commission (RIK) decided on Tuesday.
Polling stations in Kosovo-Metohija and the ones abroad have not been included in this number.
Serbia needs foreign investments, IMF support
BELGRADE - Serbia needs at least EUR 1.7 billion of direct foreign investments this year and an arrangement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which will most probably be concluded in autumn, economic experts of the Macroeconomic Analysis and Trends (MAT) magazine said on Tuesday.
