More than 7500 students from the 326 professional high schools in Bulgaria participate in work placements under the project "Students Practices - Phase 1", financed under the Operational Program "Science and Education for Smart Growth".

Istanbul Kent University will for the first time this year accept students and provide a 50 percent discount on tuition fees, with the discount going up to 80 percent for female students who list the university among their top 5 choices. 

The programme for summer student internships in the state administration will begin next week, announced the Council of Minister. There are over 1,200 open positions in 43 professional areas.

I was recently having a discussion with a group of executives who work at the European Investment Bank (EIB), one of the world’s biggest public lending institutions – bigger even than the World Bank. One of the people I was talking with was working on development programs designed to help countries in Africa and the Pacific.

Some 1,400 Bulgarian students will be able to find summer jobs in the hotel and restaurant business under the European internships and traineeships program.

Young adults who do internships in Bulgaria will receive a salary and a labour contract. 

Balkan countries take measures to help youth find jobs

Regional countries are subsidising temporary employment and paid internships to help young people find jobs.
