NASA mission launched to search for life on a Jupiter satellite
The Europa Clipper mission launched Monday for a six-year journey that will take it to Jupiter and its icy satellite Europa.
The spacecraft launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 12:06 p.m. (local time, 7:06 p.m. in Greece) Monday. The original plan was to launch on Thursday but the mission was postponed due to Hurricane Milton.

An attempt is under way on Crete to get the bulldozers back to work as the two-year suspension of demolitions on the island has led to an increase in illegal structures erected on its beaches.
Indicatively, 154 demolition protocols are pending in Iraklio, 130 in Lasithi, 80 in Hania and six in Rethymno.
