A Belgrade court will consider ordering a retrial of the men convicted of the murder of 1980s Serbian President Ivan Stambolic and the attempted murder of former opposition leader Vuk Draskovic.

Detention extended for Ćuruvija case suspects

BELGRADE -- The Appellate Court in Belgrade extended for two months the detention of two former members of the state security service, Milan Radonjić and Ratko Romić.

They are suspected of killing journalist and publisher Slavko Ćuruvija in Belgrade on April 11, 1999.
