Turkish airports serve almost 14 mln passengers
Turkey's airports served a total of 13.93 million passengers in January, a slight 0.8 percent decline from a year ago, data from the airports authority (DHMİ) have shown.

Istanbul’s airports host over 104 mln passengers
The number of passengers using Istanbul's three airports, namely Istanbul, Sabiha Gökçen and Atatürk, increased by 1.55 million to stand at 104.1 million in 2019.
In 2018, 102.6 million passengers used Istanbul's airports.
The city's new mega airport, Istanbul Airport, hosted 52.6 million passengers and a total of 329,799 flights last year.

Turkey's airports serve over 209M passengers in 2019
The number of air passengers -- including transit passengers -- in Turkey totaled 209.09 million in 2019, the country's airport authority announced on Jan. 7.
The January-December figure was down by 0.9% compared to the previous year, the General Directorate of the State Airports Authority (DHMI) data showed.
Istanbul Airport serves over 16 mln passengers in three months
Istanbul Airport has served a total of 15.99 million passengers between April 6, when it took over air traffic from the city's former main airport Atatürk, and July 1.
Istanbul Airport to become fully operational on March 3
The gradual shift from Atatürk Airport to the new Istanbul Airport will be completed on March 3, Funda Ocak, the general director of State Airports Administration, has announced.
