Madeline Stuart, an 18-year-old Australian model with Down syndrome signed to walk in the New York Fashion Week with Moda, in association with the Christopher Reeve Foundation.

Actress Jamie Brewer, best known for her roles on American Horror Story series, made history last Thursday when she became the first model with Down Syndrome to walk the runway during New York Fashion Week.
The 30-year-old actress modeled as part of Carrie Hammer's "Role Models Not Runway Models" campaign.
