Hollywood’s maestro goes for more Oscars history
From "Star Wars" to "Jaws" to "Schindler's List," John Williams has written many of the most instantly recognizable scores in cinema history.
The 91-year-old is already the oldest person to receive an Oscar nomination for a competitive award, which he earned thanks to his spare yet poignant compositions for Steven Spielberg's "The Fabelmans."

Hollywood seeks to scare new generation with shark thriller
More than 40 years ago, Americans were afraid to go into the water as "Jaws" scared the daylights out of a generation of ocean swimmers. Hollywood is hoping for a repeat this summer with the movie "47 Meters Down."
There have been more than 50 shark movies since Steven Spielberg made cinematic history with "Jaws" in 1975.
Mysterious 15-metre slimy creature! (video)
The rotting remains of a mystery sea creature have washed up on a remote Indonesian beach.
The amorphous carcass – measuring around 15metres long and several metres wide – was discovered by local resident Asrul Tuanakota on the northern shore of Seram Island in Maluku province, the Jakarta Globe reports.

A photographer in South Africa captured the terrifying moment a great white shark lunges out of the water to bite on to a piece of bait dangling off the side of a tourist boat. Its impressive and scary jaws can be seen opening wide revealing its razor-sharp teeth ripping through its food.
007 'Jaws' villain Richard Kiel dies aged 74
Richard Kiel, who played the towering, steel-toothed baddie "Jaws" in two James Bond movies, died Wednesday aged 74, a hospital spokeswoman said.
The 7-foot-2 inch (2.18-meter) actor, who made a career playing giants and villains, passed away in the Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, spokeswoman Kelley Sanchez told AFP.
