The 31st International Adana Golden Boll Film Festival kicked off in the southern city on Sept. 23 with the presentation of awards at a ceremony held at the Central Park Amphitheater.

The 72nd Venice International Film Festival has been officially opened at the beautiful Italian and will last till 12th September.

Baltasar Kormakur’s “Everest” kicked off the festival winning praise for its use of 3D technology and bursts of anxiety provided to the audience.
