The European Union must expect a further deterioration in relations with Russia even though ties have already sunk to their "lowest level", EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Wednesday.

Turkey is expected to see a high turnout in the upcoming Southeast European foreign ministers' summit and Antalya Diplomacy Forum, the country's foreign minister said on June 16.

Date set for the new round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina
The information was announced by the spokesperson of the EU external affairs service (EEAS), Peter Stano.
"The meeting will be attended by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vui, and for the first time, the new Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti," announced Stano.

An agreement between Belgrade and Pristina would not only improve regional stability, but would also open up the prospects of "two countries" separately for EU membership, Heiko Maas, German Minister of Foreign Affairs said.
The EU denies and says: "We have never written something like that. It is a forgery."
EU spokesman Peter Stano said it was a "forgery".
Stano told "Klan Kosova" that such a document did not come from Brussels. "Usually, we do not comment on media reports regarding alleged EU documents. In this particular case, the document is a complete forgery and the EU has never written something like that," Stano said.
