The European Union must expect a further deterioration in relations with Russia even though ties have already sunk to their "lowest level", EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Wednesday.

Turkey is expected to see a high turnout in the upcoming Southeast European foreign ministers' summit and Antalya Diplomacy Forum, the country's foreign minister said on June 16. 

Addressing a news conference in Turkey's Mediterranean province of Antalya, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu that this is "an indicator of trust towards our country."

The address is planned for 1 p.m. in the building of the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic.

President of Serbia is scheduled to meet bilaterally with the main mediator of the EU in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Josep Borrell, from 9.30 a.m.

The information was announced by the spokesperson of the EU external affairs service (EEAS), Peter Stano.
"The meeting will be attended by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vui, and for the first time, the new Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti," announced Stano.

An agreement between Belgrade and Pristina would not only improve regional stability, but would also open up the prospects of "two countries" separately for EU membership, Heiko Maas, German Minister of Foreign Affairs said.

Stano told "Klan Kosova" that such a document did not come from Brussels. "Usually, we do not comment on media reports regarding alleged EU documents. In this particular case, the document is a complete forgery and the EU has never written something like that," Stano said.

This document was made after the recent dinner of the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, with the leaders of the Western Balkans, reports Pristina portal Demokracia.com.

EU representatives will submit to the Russian ambassador the "rejection note, strongly condemning Moscow's decision" to ban the entry into its territory of eight EU citizens, including the vice president of the European Commission, Vera Yurova.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Charles Michel will visit Turkey on April 6 to hold talks with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in a bid to revive relations between Ankara and Brussels after last year's tensions.
