Maltese premier expected in Athens on Wednesday
Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, whose country holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, will visit Athens on Wednesday for talks with his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras.
They are expected to discuss various issues, including the refugee crisis.

A boat crowded with 700 migrants overturned north of Libya on Saturday, leaving at least 24 confirmed dead and many missing.
