JYSK posts record-breaking results in Slovenia
Ljubljana/Aarhus – JYSK, the Danish home goods retail chain, reported record-breaking results in Slovenia in the financial year that ended in August despite the Covid-19 pandemic. Sales revenue was up by 6.6% to EUR 38.6 million, and operating profit rose by more than 20%.

Danish retailer Jysk to open new stores in Greece
Danish retailer Jysk, which sells household goods such as mattresses, furniture and interior decor, will open two new stores on Thursday.
The stores will be located at the seaside Athens suburb of Alimos and the northern city of Kozani, bringing the total number of its outlets in Greece to 31.

Jysk to open new store on Corfu
Scandinavian sleeping and living company Jysk will open its 26th branch in Greece this Thursday.
The store on Corfu will be the third Greek island where the Danish firm has established a presence.
Jysk has announced it plans to have opened 40 stores across the country by the end of 2020.

JYSK Opens 5 New Stores in Bulgaria by the End of August
Danish furniture and household goods chain JYSK plans to open five new stores on the Bulgarian market by the end of August.
Meanwhile, the company's distribution base in the Bozhurishte area, where investments amount to 100 million euros, must reach its full capacity in the autumn of this year. There are yet to be opened 100 more jobs.

JYSK Bulgaria received the Investor of the Year Award 2018. The company invested over 100 million euros in a new distribution center located in Bozhurishte near Sofia. The facility has two fully automated 42.5 meter warehouses and will operate at full capacity by June 2019.

Profit before tax for the 12 months to end of September increases by impressive 354% to 1.27 million. Globally, the turnover reached € 3.58 billion and the pre-tax profit was € 474 million.
