Kabul ambulance bombing

At least 30 people were killed and nearly 100 wounded on April 30 when a car bomb exploded in an Afghan city south of the capital that President Ashraf Ghani blamed on the Taliban.

An explosion hit the Afghan capital of Kabul during the morning rush hour on Monday, reports Reuters.

The explosion, in the Shashdarak area close to buildings of the NDS intelligence service, came a week after a blast killed 60 people at a voter registration center in the west of the city. 

A large-scale attack, which would probably have led to a bloody tragedy, was prevented in Afghanistan. There was a car in Kabul, packed with two tons of explosives. Perhaps the car could have been used for another bomb attack.

According to information from the Hamas press agency, security officers and sappers have arrived at the site, reported Nova.
