PODGORICA -- The government of Montenegro made a decision to open consulates in Sremski Karlovci, a town in Serbia, as well as in Istanbul, Turkey.

According to the government, the Vojvodina city of Sremski Karlovci offered the best financial and logistic conditions for the consulate's location, Montenegrin internet portal CDM reports.
