Slovenia eyeing top eight in home court EuroBasket Women
Slovenia and Israel will co-host the 2023 European Women Basketball Championship from 15 to 25 June, with the knock-out stage held in Stožice Arena in Ljubljana. The Slovenian team's goal at their fourth EuroBasket is to make it to the quarter-finals for the first time.
Olimpija win 19th national basketball championship title
Domžale – Cedevita Olimpija won their 19th national basketball championship by sweeping the final series against Helios Suns of Domžale. It is the second national championship for the Ljubljana club in a row and a third trophy this season, after the supercup and the national cup.

Ljubljana – The Ljubljana basketball club Cedevita Olimpija won their 18th national championship title with a 80:68 win against Krka on Sunday, to make it 3:0 in the final series.
Partizan invited to the Champions League!
"Sportando" reports that these teams received an invitation on the same day when it was announced that Darussafaka, Ritas and Bilbao had officially transferred from the Eurocup to the FIBA competition.
Partizan is currently a member of the Eurocup and the only representative of Serbia, i.e. the ABA league, in the quarterfinals of the competition that may be played in our country.
