Dodik is presently the current Serb member of Bosnia's tripartite state presidency, and in theory spends most of his time in Sarajevo.

In his first television appearance on Wednesday evening since he went into hiding on December 30, Davor Dragicevic accused the authorities in Republika Srpska of seeking to kill him, after daily protests over the death of his 21-year-old son sparked widespread public anger in Bosnia's Serb-dominated entity.

Dodik also said that peace must be preserved, while people must be given the opportunity to decide.

President Aleksandar Vucic announced this on Thursday in Belgrade, and voiced the hope that construction would begin by mid-June or at the end of the month, Beta agency reported.

And citizens have protested against this, among other places, in Banjaluka.

EU's commissioner in charge of neighborhood policy and enlargement negotiations said this in Brussels on Wednesday during a meeting with members of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency members.

"The Serb Republic (RS) and I will follow what is Belgrade's position," Dodik said in Brussels.

The IMF mission is led by James Roaf.

The talks dealt with the realization of infrastructure projects and the projects planned within the new investment cycle, the Serbian government announced.

Authorities expect this to cause traffic problems.

City services in Belgrade are on standby today, which means that 1,600 people and about 300 machines are out clearing the snow from the streets of the capital.

Dodik is a former president of the RS - the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) - the other being the Muslim-Croat Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina (FBiH).

They are also analyzing the possible topics of discussions in Belgrade today.
