Kosovo Exhibition Commemorates Historic 1981 Student Protests
Kosovo's State Agency of Archives opened the exhibition 'Vullkani i Republikes' ('Volcano of the Republic') on Thursday, the 40th anniversary of the start of demonstrations by ethnic Albanian students demanding the upgrade of Kosovo's status from province to republic within the Yugoslav federation.
Kosovo's Dokufest Aims to Reflect Modern World
Kosovo's International Documentary and Short film festival, Dokufest, running from August 3 - 11 in Prizren, has already selected 255 films out of 2,500 that applied from all over the world. They will be screened in six competing categories and 14 other special categories.

Serb Pilgrims Pelted With Eggs in Kosovo
A small group of protesters hurled eggs and ice at a bus carrying Serb pilgrims who came to visit a church in Gjakova/Djakovica in western Kosovo to celebrate Orthodox Christmas.
