Accident causes major delays on Kifissos Avenue, Attiki Odos
Heavy traffic was reported Thursday morning on Kifisos Avenue due to an accident near the Tris Gefyres area, causing delays from the KTEL bus station heading north.
Drivers are also facing southbound delays, particularly near Lenorman Street. Congestion is affecting Kareas, Kifissias Avenue and central Athens. Attiki Odos is seeing 15-minute delays.

According to information from protothema.gr, the incident began with reports of a shooting at the KTEL station, prompting a response from the Greek Police forces at the scene.
KTEL intercity bus catches fire
A fire broke out just before 4 p.m. on Thursday aboard an intercity KTEL Thessaloniki bus on the Halkidonas-Koufalion provincial road.
According to the available evidence, the fire appears to have begun in the vehicle's engine. Eight firefighters with four vehicles extinguished the fire.

Fire breaks out on Athens-Thessaloniki KTEL bus
A fire broke out on a long distance KTEL bus in the Magnesia region traveling the Athens-Thessaloniki route in the early hours of Sunday.
All passengers were safely evacuated, and shortly after, they continued their journey on another bus that arrived for pick-up, as reported by state broadcaster ERT.

Kifissos avenue to shut down overnight on Thursday, Friday
Kifissos Avenue will shut down temporarily in the direction toward Piraeus on Thursday and Friday due to roadworks, Greek police said on Tuesday.
Traffic will shut down on the right-hand lane on Kifissos Avenue, 250 meters before the exit to Agias Annis Street and until the exit, at midnight through 6 a.m. on Thursday, and at 10 p.m. the same day through 6 a.m. on Friday.
