Key figure in 1996 journo murder released on condition of judicial control

Following a statement regarding the 1996 murder of Kutlu Adalı, a prominent Turkish Cypriot journalist, Atilla Peker has been released with a judicial control measure on the charge of "helping to premeditated murder" by an Istanbul court to which he was referred to.

Boy dies after falling from 'Adrenalin Max' ride in amusement park

An 11-year-old boy has died after falling from an amusement park ride in a popular Turkish resort in the southwestern province of Muğla.

Kerem Kutlu fell from the Adrenalin Max ride at an amusement park in Bodrum on late Aug. 22 after the safety harness failed, according to Doğan News Agency.
