Toll Charges for Heavy Goods Vehicles will be from 3 to 7 Stotinki per km
The toll charges for heavy goods vehicles, weighing between 3.5 and 12 tonnes, will be from 3 to 7 stotinki per kilometre, depending on the emission class of the vehicle and the road catregory. This is set out in the decree adopted on February 19 by the Council of Ministers to amend the Tariff for fees collected for the passage and use of the national road network.
The Sale of Monthly Vignettes for Heavy Goods Vehicles over 3.5 Tonnes will be Suspended as of 1 March 2020
As of 2 February 2020, the sale of monthly electronic vignettes for heavy goods vehicles with a total technically permissible maximum mass of over 3.5 tonnes shall be suspended. The last option to purchase a monthly vignette will be on February 1, 2020 and an expiration date of February 29, 2020, according to the Road Infrastructure Agency.

Around 8:30 am, restrictions on the movement of heavy goods vehicles over 12 tonnes with trailers and semi-trailers across the Preval pass were lifted, said the press office of the Road Infrastructure Agency, reports Focus News Agency.
