More than twenty people have been killed and at least 100 injured in a mass shooting at a Las Vegas concert, BBC reported. 

A gunman opened fire from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel toward an open-air music festival being held close by.

Police said a suspect identified as a local resident had been shot and killed by officers.

Poker player Dan Bilzerian has posted a snap saying he saw a girl get shot in the head as he ran from the Mandalay Bay shooting. Rapid gunfire could be heard in the background as Bilzerian ran while recording the piece to the camera.

Police in Las Vegas are responding to reports of an active shooter near the Mandalay Bay Hotel, reported BBC. 

At least one gunman is reported to have opened fire at a country music festival being held on the Las Vegas strip.

Videos on social media show hundreds of people fleeing from the scene. The sound of what appears to be automatic gunfire can be heard in some clips.

Aviation Share Fund, which is the owner of the legendary hotel La Mirage in the city centre, is looking to lease out the property to an prospectful investor for 5 million Euros, with the aim to renovate the building.
