Philippines Raises Mayon Volcano Alert Level After Lava Flow
The Philippines has raised the alert level at its rumbling Mayon volcano to "level 3" after detecting lava flow and indications of activity that could lead to eruptions of magma.

Erik Storm, of Kilauea EcoGuides, a tour group based in the Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park, managed to lose his GoPro camera in a crevice that was slowly filling with lava.

Volcano Villarrica Erupts in Chile
The Villarrica volcano erupted early on Tuesday morning, with lava and ashes reaching as far as 1,000 m into the sky, the BBC reported.
According to information of the Chilean police, after the red danger code was issued in Chile, over 3,400 people have been evacuated from the nearby towns of Pucon and Conaripe.
