Czech President To Push for Kosovo Recognition Withdrawal

Czech President Milos Zeman delighted his Serbian hosts at a joint press conference on Wednesday with his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vucic, when he promised to push for the Czech Republic to withdraw its 2008 recognition of Kosovo at a counseling on the constitution expected to happen in one month.

Thousands of Czechs Protested Against the Change of the Minister of Justice

Thousands of Czechs protested last night in the Old Town of Prague and in another hundred settlements against the planned change of Justice Minister Jan Knezinik with an associate close to President Milos Zeman - Maria Benesova.

The protest is organized by the Million Moments of Democracy Network.

Agreement reached on Serbia's old debt to Czech Republic

Brnabic first met with Czech President Milos Zeman and during the meeting, an agreement between the government of the Czech Republic and the government of the Republic of Serbia on regulating the old clearing debt of Serbia towards the Czech Republic was signed.

The agreement was signed by the finance ministers of Serbia and the Czech Republic, Sinisa Mali and Alena Schillerova.

US soldier mobbed by Turkish nationalist youth group, two detained

Two members of the nationalist Turkish Youth Union (TGB) were detained after trying to put a sack over a U.S. soldier's head at the ?ncirlik Air Base in the southern province of Adana on April 16. 

Footage of the incident shows TGB Adana Provincial Head Yalç?n Semir Akarsu chasing the U.S. soldier and attempting to put a sack over his head.
