Legal status of fictional pornography depicting minors

A 37-year-old man was arrested for possessing child pornography in Thessaloniki.

After an investigation by the Electronic Crime Unit of the National Police, his electronic traces were traced, while he was found to possess files with pornographic material, in which minors were depicted.

Authorities arrested a 51-year-old man in Heraklion, Crete after discovering child pornography material on a memory card in his residence. 

The content, spanning from 2006 to 2019, allegedly depicts three minors, now adults aged 20, 24, and 17.
