Two sessions of the SNS tomorrow: Presidency session, followed by the SNS Main Board

The introductory part of the session of the Main Board will be open to the media, when President Aleksandar Vui will address the public, after which the session will be closed to the public. Also, after the session, statements for the media are planned.
Prior to the session of the Main Board, a session of the Presidency of the Serbian Progressive Party will be held.

President urges gov't to fast track bill on appropriate administrative measures for elections

President Klaus Iohannis on Wednesday urged the government to fast track a bill that could be adopted by Parliament by the end of the current parliamentary session and that could set forth "appropriate electoral administrative measures," starting with the presidential election this year.

Bulgarian Opposition Foils Parliament's 'Election Break'

The Bulgarian Parliament will hold an extraordinary session on Friday, October 14, at 09:00, despite lawmakers' surprising decision to call off all plenary meetings for four weeks.

The two main opposition parties of Bulgaria have managed to gather enough signatures to overturn MPs' earlier decision to end plenary sessions for the time of elections.

Iohannis:We have agreed passing legislative solution regarding election laws until session's end

President Klaus Iohannis has declared, on Wednesday, that within the consultations with the parliamentary parties and formations he has proposed a calendar regarding the election laws package, showing that they have agreed that a legislative solution in the case be passed until the end of the parliamentary session.
