Brewers Anheuser-Busch InBev and Anadolu Efes have agreed to merge their businesses in Russia and Ukraine, following years of decline in the Russian beer market due to tighter regulation.

A train station in Belgium has been evacuated due to a bomb threat.
Police have rushed at the station in Leuven located just 25km from Brussels and are searching the area.

The world's top brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev clinched Nov. 11 a gigantic formal $121-billion deal for its nearest rival SABMiller, in the third biggest takeover in global corporate history.

British brewer SABMiller announced on Oct. 13 that it had agreed a takeover by Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's biggest beer producer, in a deal worth about $109 billion (71 billion, 96 billion euros).
Belgian-Brazilian group AB InBev, the maker of Budweiser and Stella Artois lagers, struck a deal with the maker of Foster's and Grolsch at the fifth time of asking.

SABMiller formally rejects higher InBev offer
Brewer SABMiller on Oct. 7 said its board had "unanimously rejected" the third takeover offer from rival AB InBev, insisting it "substantially" undervalues the group.
