Complaints must be named - Those concerned will gain access with personal passwords to the platform

Phone numbers linked to more than 400 million Facebook accounts remained unsecured online in the latest privacy leak for the social media giant, BGNES reported.

Yahoo disclosed today that it has discovered a breach of more than one billion user accounts that occurred in August 2013. The breach is believed to be separate and distinct from the theft of data from 500 million accounts that Yahoo reported this September.

Technology and media company Yahoo has confirmed that a major set of data was stolen from within the company's network in 2014. The data includes personal information of at least 500 million users.

An internal investigation conducted by Yahoo Inc. confirmed that a major data leak was performed by what the company called a "state-sponsored actor."
