Turkey's air force has agreed to acquire a total of 12 C-130 military transport aircraft from the British Royal Air Force, previously declined by Greece, to reinforce its transport capacity, according to Turkish media reports.

The British and Turkish sides have reportedly reached an agreement in principle and will soon sign contracts. 

The Greek F-35 program is on track, with the signing of the contract between Lockheed Martin and the US government for the start of production expected to take place next, J.R. McDonald, Lockheed Martin's Vice President for F-35 Business Development, told Kathimerini.
