Beethoven’s Hair Will Be Sold at an Auction
A lock of Ludwig van Beethoven's hair has fetched £35,000 at an auction in the United Kingdom, News 18 reported.
An unidentified bidder won the auction, which took place in West London on 11 June, by paying more than double the expected price of £12,000-£15,000

The Thessaloniki Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Anton Shaburov and with Tilemachos Roudniklis on guitar, will perform Beethoven's overture to "The Creatures of Prometheus," Brouwer's "Elegiaco" guitar concerto and Schumann's Fourth Symphony at the city's concert hall, starting at 9 p.m. Tickets cost 10 euros.

“Solitary Figures” concert, tonight at the Athens Concert Hall
An exceptional concert will be given today in the Athens Concert Hall: Megaron. The title is “Solitary Figures”
This is the third recital in a row concerning “German romantic composers”, including Strauss and Beethoven.
The concert is being directed by Stefanos Tsialis, with Apostolos Palios on solo piano.
